At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

• Free delivery on orders over £50
Express Delivery
• Delivery time: 1–2 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your parcel via the courier’s website.
Packaging
All wall clocks and desk clocks are securely packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Larger wall clocks are shipped in reinforced boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• No one being available at the delivery address
• Restricted access to the property
The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
